Our CSR Policy

We think it is important that our processes have as little negative impact as possible on people and the environment and that all data of companies is processed in a safe and secure way. At Fitec we are, therefore, are always working on our CSR policy and we always strive to achieve an as safe and sustainable way of working as possible.

It is our policy to always work in a way that is as little as possible harmful to the environment, to contribute positively to our society as possible, to continuously think about sustainable solutions and to always take all possible aspects into account during our processes.

We do this by structuring our processes based on various standards and certifications, by reducing waste to minimal amounts where possible, by following all applicable regulations and laws, by creating awareness regarding safety and sustainability amongst our clients, partners and employees, and by attending relevant training courses and offering them to our employees.

People
We believe that everyone deserves a chance on the job market. We, therefore, support various projects which provides young people with a distance to the labor market with the opportunity to work for us.
Planet
Did you know that IT waste is the fastest growing stream of waste in the world? Therefore, the more IT equipment is recycled, the smaller the negative impact on the environment. Most IT hardware is still suitable for a second life and all remaining devices and parts can be recycled. In this way, we can, together with you, reduce the environmental footprint of your company.
Prosperity
Giving back to society is very important to Fitec. Giving back to society is something that is central to Fitec. Together with our clients, we regularly donate products or proceeds to charities. For example the donation of a batch of laptops to a school in a third world country. Together, we can make the world a better place!
