This process is better known as IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) process. We offer a business-oriented process for recycling and selling used IT equipment in order to generate the highest possible residual value for your business. The whole process usually consists of different activities which are tailored to the needs of the company.

Many companies also have to deal with large amounts of redundant IT equipment. It is a shame to leave this equipment lying around because it is depreciating more every year. We can help by offering this excess IT hardware within our global network to reseller partners and selling it for the highest possible residual value.

Our process

Based on your needs and wishes we will make a proposal for the activities to be carried out and parts of the process. Some parts are almost always applicable and are part of our main process.

IT Recycling according to IT Asset Disposition process
The disposal and recycling of redundant and used IT equipment must be carried out in the safest and most responsible manner.

We offer companies a certified IT Asset Disposition [ITAD] process, whereby we take care of the entire process.

Safe data erasure and destruction
Het is is belangrijk dat vertrouwelijke gegevens en belangrijke data op een veilige manier worden behandeld, zodat jij als bedrijf voldoet aan de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming [AVG].

Onderdeel van ons IT recycling proces is het veilig en verantwoord verwijderen en/of vernietigen van data van gebruikte IT apparatuur.

Technical Control & Repair
Part of our IT recycling process is to check all hardware on a technical level. We check all equipment and perform cosmetic and/or technical repairs if necessary.

Hardware with damage that cannot be repaired or where the value of the repair is not achievable due to the residual value to be achieved is disposed of and/or sold.

Sale of IT hardware & Residual value
When inventorizing the IT equipment we give an estimated residual value for you as a company. After checking and repairing all equipment, we offer it on your behalf in our global partner network.

Because we work with auction lots, there is a good chance that the residual value is higher than the estimated value. You will therefore always receive the adjusted residual value, but often even 20 – 50% more.
